EFB-Elektronik was once again awarded the title "Excellent Family Friendly" at the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) Ostwestfalen zu Bielefeld on 24 August 2023. This award recognises companies that stand out for their innovative human resources work and exemplary, family-conscious personnel development strategies. EFB-Elektronik has held this award since 2018.

The Lord Mayor of Bielefeld, Mr Pit Clausen, honoured EFB-Elektronik together with 27 other Bielefeld companies. The selection criteria for the award ranged from flexible working time models and mobile work options to modern re-entry offers after parental leave to support with childcare and offers for caring relatives. 

The award is a sign of the consistent and successful implementation of a family-friendly personnel policy at EFB-Elektronik and underlines the company's commitment in this area.

The fact that the city of Bielefeld and its partners are awarding this distinction for the tenth time underlines the relevance and commitment to promoting family-friendly working conditions in the regional economy.
