Bielefeld, September 21, 2022 – EFB-Elektronik GmbH is launching its new online platform with immediate effect. By merging the previous website and online store, the system provider and manufacturer for IT building cabling offers customers, interested parties and partners an even better information and purchasing experience and positions itself more modernly on the market. For projects in the areas of network installations, data transmission and power supply, the company's new web presence presents its product portfolio of around 10,000 products in an informative and clear manner by means of well thought-out topic pages - from individual cables to comprehensive overall solutions.

Information and availability at a glance
A streamlined navigation system guides the user intuitively and in a time-saving manner to relevant products and content - in the required depth depending on the level of knowledge. Flexible and intelligent search and filter options, including price or availability, make the search as efficient as possible. "Product availability and on-time delivery are more crucial than ever for our customers," says Uwe Doll, sales manager at EFB-Elektronik. And he continues: "In our new store, they can see at a glance whether, when and in what quantities the desired products are available. Our always high stock levels and good supplier relationships play into their hands here."

The improved customer portal of the new online platform also offers further benefits: In this individual and optionally multilingual area, customers can not only find their most important documents (quotations, order confirmations, delivery bills or invoices) clearly arranged, but also all the availability, prices and discounts relevant to them.
If they need further advice, they also have direct access to the contact details of their personal contact person. "All customers receive solid advice and fast processing from us," says Uwe Doll. "In return, they have a fixed and qualified contact person at their side who supports them by phone or even in person. Every interested party has different information needs, which is why we cater to each individual and provide targeted and individual advice, even on complex issues."
