Invoices

Your invoice will usually be sent to you by email the following day.
You will receive the invoice from us by email. Alternatively, other transmission methods, such as EDI, are possible.
Unfortunately, changes to already issued invoices and adjustments to the payment method are not possible afterward.

Shipping costs include the fees for packing and transporting your order from our warehouse to the chosen delivery location. These costs usually cover the entire process, including handling, packing, and final delivery of the goods.

Yes, EFB-Elektronik delivers your packages to the German islands with UPS.

For deliveries to German islands, our shipping partner UPS charges a special out-of-area surcharge. This surcharge is either charged at 0.26 € per kg of the shipping weight or a flat rate of 11.04 € per shipment, whichever is higher. Since the shipping costs also depend on the total weight of your order, we recommend contacting your personal contact person directly for an accurate calculation of shipping costs.

Payment options

At EFB-Elektronik, several payment options are available to you:
Direct Debit, Bank Transfer, and Prepayment.

Direct Debit:
To pay by direct debit, please send the following information by email to buchhaltung(at)efb-elektronik.de:
  • Customer number
  • Bank account details
  • Desired type of direct debit (Basic or B2B)
Further procedure:
After receiving your data, an employee of EFB-Elektronik will send you a mandate.
Please fill out this mandate completely and send it back to us signed in the original.
Your goods will be shipped immediately after the receipt and posting of your payment.
Refunds are only carried out upon explicit request. Alternatively, credit notes or overpayments can be offset against the next payment run.

Opening hours

The opening hours of the headquarters are Monday to Thursday from 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM and Friday from 9:00 AM to 1:30 PM.
