+ - How can I find items in the online shop and add them to my cart?
To navigate our extensive portfolio of over 10,000 items in our online shop to find your desired product, there are different options:

1. Use the "Products" menu item. There you will find all categories, subcategories, and variants. With just a few clicks, you will reach the appropriate product overview page. Use the filter options to adjust the overview according to your search criteria.
2. Enter the search term in the search field. Important: To use the search, you must enter at least 3 characters (letters or numbers). As soon as you are in the search field, suggestions for products and categories will be displayed. You can select the appropriate results.

To add your desired product to the cart, you must log in beforehand. Information on proper registration or login can be found here. As a logged-in user, you can now select the "Add to cart" button on the item page. The number of products is selected in advance. Clicking the button will display an overview of your cart. In the next step, you can continue shopping or go directly to checkout.

For orders within Germany that do not affect the German islands, we cover the shipping costs for goods worth 100 € or more. If the value of your order is less than 100 €, a flat shipping fee of 8.90 € will be charged.

+ - What is the difference between freight and shipping costs?
Shipping costs include the fees for packing and transporting your order from our warehouse to the chosen delivery location. These costs usually cover the entire process, including handling, packing, and final delivery of the goods.

Freight costs, on the other hand, specifically refer to the transport of larger shipments, usually over longer distances or between different countries and continents. These costs vary greatly and depend on factors such as the mode of transport (air, land, sea), weight, volume, and distance.
+ - What advantage do I have regarding shipping costs when I order in the online shop?
As an online shop customer, you benefit from free shipping for parcel shipments within Germany for orders worth 100 € or more. However, please note that this regulation does not apply to island deliveries, international deliveries, or freight goods.
+ - When will my order be delivered?
Your order usually leaves our warehouse on the same day. The usual delivery time of the shipping service provider is then 1-3 days after receiving your order.

Delivery time is also influenced by various factors such as the destination country or region, the extent of your shipment, and the chosen shipping method. + - Does EFB-Elektronik deliver to German islands?
Yes, EFB-Elektronik delivers your packages to the German islands with UPS.

For deliveries to German islands, our shipping partner UPS charges a special out-of-area surcharge. This surcharge is either charged at 0.26 € per kg of the shipping weight or a flat rate of 11.04 € per shipment, whichever is higher. Since the shipping costs also depend on the total weight of your order, we recommend contacting your personal contact person directly for an accurate calculation of shipping costs.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to have your goods delivered to packing stations or post offices as our shipping service provider does not serve them.

As an alternative, you can have your goods delivered to a UPS Access Point near you.
+ - Can I pick up the goods myself?
You are welcome to pick up your order at our central warehouse in Herford.
The pickup is usually possible about 2 hours after receiving the order confirmation.

At EFB-Elektronik, several payment options are available to you:
Direct Debit, Bank Transfer, and Prepayment.

Direct Debit:
To pay by direct debit, please send the following information by email to buchhaltung(at)efb-elektronik.de:
  • Customer number
  • Bank account details
  • Desired type of direct debit (Basic or B2B)
Further procedure:
After receiving your data, an employee of EFB-Elektronik will send you a mandate.
Please fill out this mandate completely and send it back to us signed in the original.
+ - When will my goods be shipped if I pay in advance?
Your goods will be shipped immediately after the receipt and posting of your payment.
+ - When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are only carried out upon explicit request. Alternatively, credit notes or overpayments can be offset against the next payment run.

Your payment terms correspond to the agreements you have personally made with your sales representative. We expect timely payment according to the terms.
